Thank you for your submission. A member of our staff should get back to you shortly. In the meantime, please see a list of our frequently asked questions for your convenience.
1. Can I try a workout to see how I like it?
Yes, we offer a FREE class for you to try out! This will also give you the opportunity to connect with the other members, coaches, and staff. We want you to feel our vibe and get a taste of our environment.
2. What COVID precautions do you take?
Plenty and proudly. We have two huge roll up doors that are always open so that there’s heavy air flow. We also spend a good amount of time working out in our backyard AKA the back of our building. Our staff is constantly cleaning around the facility whether it be disinfecting equipment or high-touch areas such as door knobs, check-in stations, and restrooms. Lastly, throughout the floor, we provide cleaning stations with hospital-grade alcohol to allow members to clean equipment after use. County of Santa Clara COVID guidelines are frequently reviewed, updated, and enforced.
3. What should I bring to class?
Please bring a towel and water. We have a water filling station if you need a refill! If you have a pair of boxing gloves and/or wraps, bring that too. Otherwise, we have gloves for rent and for sale.
4. Do you offer beginner classes?
