We welcome people of all skill levels who want to exercise as it benefits every part of the body, including the mind. In our facility, which is located in Downtown San Jose, no matter what exercise you chose to do from weight training to boxing, our mission is to offer you high quality fitness classes in addition to educating you so your development is consistent.
OUR CLASSES
BoxingIf you want a tough love kind-of-way to lose inches and weight, or have a desire to fight in the ring, you have several options from our Kids Boxing and Adult Boxing classes. Offering Intro, Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Sparring for all levels, or you can join our Fight Team.

Strength & ConditioningOur Strength & Conditioning classes offer a variety of exercises throughout the workout to help you improve your overall performance which includes mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed and agility. Workouts vary day by day so you'll challenged constantly!

Youth BoxingLittle Champs is our Youth Boxing Program that promotes physical activity while learning boxing techniques and is open to youth between the ages of ~6-17. Progressional advancement can be attained through dedication and hard work. This program has special focuses on the following: 1. Anti-bullying; 2. Learning self-defense skills; 3. Building confidence & self-esteem; 4. Learning self-discipline skills; 5. Increasing focus; and 6. Boosting social skills.

Exercises will always include a variety of movements and exercises to get the heart rate pumping. They are meant to raise your heart and breathing rates, and challenge your cardiovascular system. The rapid movements also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, and can help you build faster reflexes. Either way, you can expect a full-body workout with a concentration in boxing or kickboxing, that engages every muscle group in your body.

Learn how to strategically use your fists, elbows, knees, and feet for striking and forearms and shins as shields to execute strikes with eight points of contact.

Recovering your muscles and stretching them is just as important to us as any of our workouts. You will be assisted and guided through a series of stretches so expect a full body stretch as deep and extensive that your body will allow that focuses on all major muscle groups and extremities. We will aim to increase your range of motion and flexibility, while also loosening tight muscles and easing stiff joints.

Functional Training
Highlighted as one of our most intense workouts, Functional Training is a strength and conditioning workout that incorporates functional movements performed at a high intensity level like squatting, pushing, and pulling. Expect repetitions in exercises to be completed within a certain amount of time.

Fight Team (Adult & Youth)
Our Fight Team undergoes extensive training to get in top physical shape and to master boxing tactics. Sparring, strength & conditioning, mobility & muscle recovery are all part of our training, up to 6x a week. Expectations of the fight team include the following: commitment, availability, dedication, trainability, discipline, consistency, expectations, and communication.

Xpress Class
Don't' have the full hour to dedicate to a workout? Our 45 minute Xpress classes offer all that you'll get in an hour. Xpress classes run Mon-Fri at 12p and Mon, Tues, and Thurs at 5:15p.
