Body Recovering & Stretching
Unlimited Access gives you access to all of the classes on the schedule you desire, including newly introduced classes! These include Weight Training, Boxing, Cardio Boxing/Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Muscle Stretch & Recovery and Dance classes – an advantageous balance of everything we offer.
Cardio Access offers entry to all of the cardio classes which are green colored in the schedule below. These include, Cardio Boxing, Mitts Bootcamp, and the popular 45-minute lunch time Butts & Guts class.
Little Champs is our Kids Boxing Program and is open to those between the ages of 4 -13 years old. There is a special focus on anti-bullying, building self-esteem & self-confidence and team building. It is offered three (3) days a week, Mon/Wed/Fri from 5pm – 5:55pm.
Boxing/Sparring Access is open to all who would like to learn the fundamentals and techniques of boxing including, head movement, proper boxing stance, punches, and combinations. Classes and levels are programmed to help you start and take the sport to the level you desire. Classes include Intro to Boxing, Boxing Fundamentals and Adult Boxing. This membership option includes Open Gym access allowing the member to use our facilities 7 days a week. Controlled sparring is available for those interested.

Drop-in classes are for members who want to take classes when it fits their schedule. These include cardio, weight training, adult boxing, and little warriors.
Don't have the right equipment? No problem! Drop in during our open gym hours offered 7 days a week to utilize our exclusive equipment.
Personal training is available for those who prefer individualized training or those who want to supplement the scheduled classes offered.
