What should I bring to class?
Anything and everything to make you feel like your lunch won’t make a comeback! In addition to that: water, towel, hand wraps, & boxing gloves.
Has anyone ever felt sick from taking your classes?
Proudly, yes. We’ve made some people regurgitate what they’ve had for lunch – just excuse yourself and run to the restroom! There is no shame in pushing yourself beyond your limit but we do encourage not having a full meal 2-3 hours before a class. Something small, like a fruit, is fine!
Can I borrow boxing gloves if I don’t have a pair?
Of course, you can if you’re trying us out! Otherwise, don’t be cheap. We have some for sale and for rent.
I’m in bad shape. Can I do your classes?
It really doesn’t matter to us what shape you are in because we can modify any exercises and you’re free to go at your own pace. If my 67 year-old mother-in-law can do my classes, ANYONE can!
Are shoes allowed?
Yes. Please keep those shoes on. You know why!
