What gear does my child need to bring to class?
A pair of hand wraps, boxing gloves, and water.
Will my child get hit during class?
Only the ones with silver teeth. Just kidding. But no, that only happens in the boxing ring!
I have a child with special needs. Is that okay?
You’re in luck! The Head Coach is specially trained in kids with special needs, understanding how to get and keep their attention and making him/her feel comfortable to participate at his/her own pace. Please communicate with the coach before the start of the class to better understand his/her needs.
What is the structure of your classes?
We always do a warm-up, then we review technique, followed by lots of physical exercise (enough to get your kid to beg you to go to sleep at night), then we wind down.
Are parents involved and need to stay?
Nope and nope! Leave your kids with us and enjoy some time to yourself to scroll on that phone, uninterrupted! Can we say HELL YES?!
Can girls join?
Don’t ask my wife this question! She’ll go off on a tangent about how girls are more than capable of doing anything in this world. So yes, ANYONE within the age range can join.
