Check out our live class schedule below and book the session that fits your goals and availability. Whether you're looking for high-energy cardio kickboxing, a focused boxing technique class, or youth development training, we’ve got something for every level and every body.

How to Book:

  1. Select your preferred date from the calendar above.
  2. Choose a class based on time, type, and instructor.
  3. Log in or create a Mindbody account to reserve your spot.
  4. Pay per class or apply your class pack or membership at checkout.

Note: Class packages (5-class or 10-class) can be purchased during booking. For monthly memberships, please contact us directly to learn more.
