    Mondays at 6pm

Kickboxing comes from the traditional martial art basis of providing self-defense, and combines the martial art kicks of karate with the punches of boxing. One of the most important parts of kickboxing is your stance and in this introductory kickboxing class, the coach will go over the proper way to stand to balance your body and maximize the power of your kicks and punches.

    Mondays at 6pm

Boxing Fundamentals focuses on drill work with a bag and/or with a partner. Common mistakes that they make you vulnerable to receive a punch from your opponent will be covered. Our ultimate goals are to help your fight skills and decrease your risk of injury.

    Wednesdays at 6pm

Our Intro to Boxing class helps you master your form while honing in proper boxing techniques such as the boxing stance and how to throw punches (i.e., jab, cross, hook, and uppercut) all while gradually building up your stamina, strength, and endurance. Members can expand their skills further in our Boxing Fundamentals class.

  • Do you offer personal training or group fitness classes, and are they included in the membership fee?

Yes, we provide a variety of fitness classes that are included in your membership. However, please consult with our front desk to determine which classes are available based on your specific membership type. Additionally, for those looking for personalized guidance and an extra push toward their fitness goals, we offer personal training as an ancillary service. While it is a separate service from the membership fee, our experienced trainers are here to tailor workouts to your individual needs and help you achieve your fitness aspirations. Feel free to ask our staff for more details on class schedules and personal training options that suit your preferences.

  • I am interested in the Fight Team. What should I do?

Fight Team is an advanced program designed for dedicated athletes preparing for competition, so we want to make sure you're ready and set up for success.
