YOUTH BOXING (AGES 6–17)

A structured program focused on discipline, confidence, and skill-building. Youth classes are divided by experience level and include promotion through a 5-level system. Competitive opportunities available for advanced students.

Power Pals (Youth with Special Needs)

Inclusive boxing-style classes led by certified special education professionals. Designed to build motor skills, confidence, and joy in a supportive environment. All abilities welcome.

Boxing / Sparring

Learn real boxing fundamentals from experienced coaches. Technique, bag work, partner drills, and optional sparring (with coach approval) included. Great for all levels, from beginner to advanced fighters.

Kickboxing / Combat

A high-intensity class combining boxing, kickboxing, and conditioning. Expect striking drills, partner work, and cardio that challenge both your body and mind. No sparring required, just sweat and skill-building.

Strength & Conditioning

Full-body training that develops explosive power, endurance, and core strength. Perfect for athletes or anyone wanting to take their fitness to the next level. All movements can be scaled to your ability.

Functional Training

Build a strong foundation for everyday movement and sport performance. Emphasizes mobility, strength, and injury prevention. Ideal for cross-training or as part of recovery weeks.

Open Gym

Use our space and equipment during designated hours for solo training or skill refinement. Coaches are on-site, but programming is self-guided. A great option for advanced members.

Fight Team

By invitation only. Designed for competitive boxers training for sanctioned fights. Includes high-level sparring, conditioning, and coaching oversight. Must meet performance and commitment standards.
