Rumble City Boxing is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Member Experience Specialist to join our team. The Member Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth administration of the facility at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in members and guests
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Manage membership accounts, including sign-ups, cancellations, and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and fitness floor
- Sell club merchandise, such as boxing gloves and apparel
- Schedule personal training sessions and fitness classes for members
- Provide accurate information about club services and amenities
- Assist with club promotions and events
- Handle member inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of member accounts and club activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the fitness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Passion for health and fitness
