Membership Cancellation
Your membership will be canceled 30 days from the submission of the form below. Please note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
12-Month Commitment Cancellations: If canceling within the 12-month commitment period, please note that the termination fee is 350 as stated in the Membership Agreement.
Cancellation due to Relocation: You may cancel your membership within a commitment period and have the termination fee waived if your residence has moved more than twenty-five (25) miles from the facility. You must provide Rumble City Boxing with reasonable proof of your new residency. Please upload a utility bill or lease agreement along with the form.
